Hi, I'm 32 weeks pregnant and in recent scan i found that my baby is in breech position. How can i change his position?

Answer: Hi, There is not too much that you can do as the baby has decided to position themselves this way. You can try to sit on the floor with your legs crossed several times a day for at least 30 minutes. You can also try some yoga in pregnancy techniques. You may need another scan to check the position of the baby closer to term. Best wishes, Alex.
